After years of preparation, ground has just been broken on the recycled water pipeline serving Coombsville and the dry Milliken-Sarco-Tulocay creek watersheds. The Napa Register reports on it here. The water for this pipeline is City of Napa waste water processed as irrigation water at the Napa Sanitation District.
